Beast Arsenal Return Policy

At Beast Arsenal, we are committed to providing a great experience for both you and your dog. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply email us at returns@beastarsenal.com, and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund (minus shipping charges) for your first order.

Return Policy Details:

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, allowing you ample time to evaluate our products. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

• First Order Refunds: Refunds are available for your first purchase only and are limited to one refund per customer. Refunds are not applicable for purchases of three or more items.

• Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to our corporate offices.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

• A shipping and processing fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund for returns within the US.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@beastarsenal.com.

Sale Items:

• Sale items will be refunded at the sale price or the price paid, whichever is lower.

Exchanges:

• We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. To exchange for the same item, please email us at returns@beastarsenal.com.

Shipping Instructions:

• To return your product, please email us at returns@beastarsenal.com, and we’ll provide a shipping label at no cost.

• If you choose not to use our provided shipping label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Policy Misuse:

• If we suspect a customer is abusing our return policy or acting in bad faith, we reserve the right to decline a refund or other aspects of this policy.

Policy Updates:

• Beast Arsenal reserves the right to change this return policy at any time. The return policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
